I started my career interviewing thousands of users, analysing behaviour, and resolving difficult cases long before "CX" became a buzzword. Over time, I evolved into Customer Insights leadership, UX/CX research, and strategic market intelligence.

My core remains the same: talking to people, understanding patterns, solving real problems, and translating user pain into clear product improvements.

At AUTODOC, I led a team of CX and UX researchers serving 4.2 million customers across 27 countries. At MM Group, I provided market intelligence to C-level stakeholders across Europe's largest carton board manufacturer.
